The Shipley Company is excited to announce that the Shipley Coach Training Program (SCTP) is now approved as an International Coach Federation Accredited Coach Training Program.
The Shipley Coach Training Program (SCTP) is a step-by-step, experiential learning process that provides the skills required to become a competent and confident coach. Shipley’s “Whole Systems Model” keeps the coaching simplified and powerful.
“This has been a dream of mine for many years,” stated Shipley’s CEO David Graff. “We simply haven’t had the resources available to make this dream a reality. Gratefully I was introduced to Tony Husted who had the background, knowledge and experience to make this happen. In fact, we received our accreditation on the first submission of the program to the ICF. I understand that is a rarity and attests to Tony’s capability.”
Tony Husted, PCC and SCTP Developer said, “Regardless of the coaching specialty you choose – business owners, executives, parents or other audiences – the SCTP will provide the strong foundation and powerful tools you need to succeed in your coaching career.”
The SCTP is based on the latest developments in Neuroscience, Human Behavior, Personal Development, and is derived from 50+ years of proven methodologies rooted in Neuro-Linguistics, Solution Focused Methods, Positive Psychology, and Appreciative Inquiry.
The SCTP consists of either 16 days of in person training, or 24 four-hour live webinars, plus six observed sessions. SCTC is comprised of 96 Hours of live interactive synchronous training hours, and 24 asynchronous preparations, practice, and reading hours. Each student must also participate in 6 Observed Sessions for a total of 126 Hours.
